What We Do

We concentrate on the detection of human trafficking operations, recording crucial details, and transforming them into actionable intelligence to serve as legal proof for law enforcement.

In addition to searching for missing persons, including adults and children, we extend our efforts to rescue families. Recognizing that parents, overwhelmed with worry, often find themselves in unsafe locations such as dark streets and alleys while searching for their loved ones, we strive to assist and guide them in their quest for reconnection and provide them with the necessary support.

Utilizing specialized methodologies and authorized procedures, we employ our expertise to track and apprehend fugitives wanted for pedophile and human trafficking-related offenses. Our primary objective is to effectuate their arrests and/or facilitate coordinated efforts with relevant authorities in specific states for their apprehension.

We select an undisclosed number of Allies to be mentored by our founder Aros Artimus Mackey. When employment opportunities become available those who are mentored tend to be interviewed first. However, we don’t want you to just hope and wait for opportunities to have an impact in countering human trafficking. We are providing education and training to empower you to have your own impact and possibly save lives.

The Adaptive Operations 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was officially founded in 2019 by Aros Artimus Mackey who is the current President of the Board.

About US

Aros Artimus Mackey, B.A., M.A, Ph.D. Candidate

Aros is a practitioner, educator, and Ph.D. candidate specializing in counter-human trafficking efforts. He completed his undergraduate studies at BYUI and holds a Master's Degree in Intelligence from American Military University. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice Homeland Security Policy Coordination at Walden University, focusing his research on exposing the correlation between human trafficking and foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs). Aros has been actively involved in raising awareness about human trafficking since 2009 and has dedicated his work to the search for missing children since 2011. He established Adaptive Operations 501(c)(3), a non-profit organization committed to combating human trafficking by specializing in the identification and rescue of victims.
